Payments & Ordering

Orders placed on noxrivet.shop are sold by Tonneau Fit LLC, which operates the Noxrivet brand. Use this guide to understand ordering and payment at Noxrivet. For the full purchase conditions, read our Terms of Service.

Prices and currency

Noxrivet displays prices in US dollars (USD). Review the selected size, color and quantity before checkout. Item prices include any applicable sales tax. No sales tax is added at checkout; your order summary shows the complete total before you pay. Your order summary shows the item prices, any applied discount, delivery charge and total before you pay.

Payment options

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club: credit and debit cards issued in the United States and other supported countries.
• PayPal: pay with your PayPal balance or a card or bank account linked to your PayPal account.
• Apple Pay: available on supported Apple devices and in Safari.
• Google Pay: available on supported Android devices and in Chrome.
• Shop Pay: Shopify's accelerated checkout, which uses your saved card and shipping details.

All payments are charged in US dollars (USD). Wallet options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay appear only on supported devices and browsers. Review the total before completing payment.

Enter payment details only in checkout or the payment provider's secure payment flow. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords or verification codes to us by email, phone or the contact form. Read our Privacy Policy for how order information is handled.

Shipping charges

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value for that delivery option. Express shipping costs $4.99 USD. Available delivery options are shown for your address before payment. See the Shipping Policy for processing and delivery estimates.

Discount codes

Enter a valid discount code before completing checkout. The order summary will show whether the code applies and the resulting discount. Check the offer's conditions, including any product restrictions or expiry date, before ordering.

Order confirmation and payment problems

We send an order confirmation to the email address entered at checkout. Check the address and your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it. If a payment appears on your account but you have no order confirmation, contact us before placing the same order again so we can check the order status.

If a payment is declined, review the message from the payment provider and contact your bank or provider if needed. For order-related help, send your order number or checkout email address to our support team; do not include sensitive payment credentials.

Cancellations and refunds

Request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us with “Cancellation” and your order number in the subject line. Eligible returns can be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. We provide free US return labels and charge no restocking fee. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
