This Privacy Policy explains how Tonneau Fit LLC, which operates the Noxrivet brand and noxrivet.shop (“Noxrivet”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit noxrivet.shop, place an order, use a customer account or contact us. Tonneau Fit LLC is responsible for the personal information it processes to operate this store. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform.

Information we collect

  • Contact and delivery information: your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and shipping address.
  • Order and payment information: products ordered, order history, transaction amounts, payment confirmations and information needed to process returns or refunds. Payment providers process payment credentials through checkout. Please do not send full payment card details to customer support.
  • Account and support information: account details, preferences, messages, order enquiries and other information you choose to provide.
  • Device and browsing information: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed and interactions with our store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We receive information directly from you, automatically when you use the store, and from Shopify, payment providers and service providers involved in your transactions.

How we use information

We use personal information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery, administer customer accounts, answer enquiries, handle returns and refunds, detect fraud, secure the store, keep business records and meet legal obligations. We also use browsing information to understand how the store is used and improve the shopping experience.

Where permitted and, where required, with your consent, we use contact and browsing information for marketing, measurement and relevant advertising. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in each email. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary order or service messages.

Who receives information

We share information needed to operate the store with Shopify and providers that support payment processing, hosting, delivery, order fulfillment, customer support and analytics. Where advertising features are enabled and permitted, relevant information may also be shared with advertising partners. Those partners may process information under their own privacy notices.

The tools currently used on noxrivet.shop are: Shopify and Shop (store platform, checkout and Shop Pay); Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center (site analytics, advertising measurement and product listings); the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement); Microsoft Clarity (site analytics, including recordings of how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling); and Judge.me (product reviews). Each provider processes information under its own privacy notice.

We may disclose information to comply with law or valid legal requests, protect customers and our business, investigate misuse, or support a business sale or restructuring subject to applicable safeguards.

Shopify's role

Shopify processes information to host and operate our store. For certain Shopify consumer services and enhanced features, Shopify also processes information for its own purposes.
