Shipping & returns

Use this guide for the main ordering details. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy provide the full terms.

Shipping within the United States

Orders are prepared for dispatch in 1–3 business days. Free Standard Shipping has an estimated transit time of 7–14 business days after dispatch; Express Shipping is $4.99 USD with an estimated transit time of 7–10 business days. Including processing, the estimated totals are 8–17 business days for standard and 8–13 business days for express. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.

Prices include any applicable sales tax; no tax is added at checkout. Available delivery methods, shipping charges and your total are displayed before payment. Use Track your order to check delivery status, or read our tracking help.

Returns and refunds

Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags and packaging. We provide free US return labels and charge no restocking fee. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method; original paid shipping is not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Gift cards, hygiene-sensitive items and products clearly marked final sale before purchase are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately, and mandatory consumer rights still apply. Read the full return policy for the exceptions, process and timing.

Cancellations

Email help@noxrivet.shop within 24 hours of placing the order, with “Cancellation” and your order number in the subject line. Requests after 24 hours are not guaranteed.
